Scott has 25 years of experience as a professional chef and has curated close to a thousand weddings and private dinners all over the Lowcountry. We specialize in creating customized menus using seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients that cater to individual preferences. Our culinary creations can be designed to reflect elegance and sophistication or be as simple as a Lowcountry Shrimp Boil and oysters with friends in the backyard.
